DJ Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between Lordah ("DJ") and the Client regarding the booking of DJ services. By booking the DJ's services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms:

 Booking Confirmation:

   - The booking is considered confirmed once deposit has been received by the DJ.

Deposit and Payment:

   - A deposit may be required to secure the booking, the amount of which will be specified in the agreement.

   - Full payment must be made by the Client no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

   - Payment can be made via bank transfer, as specified by the DJ.

Cancellation and Refunds:

In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following cancellation rules apply:

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the Client. Additionally, if the Client fails to make full payment before the event date, the booking will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that the DJ must cancel, all fees paid by the Client will be refunded in full.

Event Details:

   The Client must provide accurate event details, including date, time, venue address, and any special requests, at least 24 days prior to the event.

   Any changes to the event details must be communicated to the DJ in writing and confirmed by both parties.

Equipment and Setup:

  The DJ will provide all necessary DJ equipment for the event, unless otherwise agreed upon.

The Client must ensure that the venue provides adequate space and power outlets for the DJ's setup.

   The DJ is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the venue's equipment or facilities.

Conduct and Behavior:

  The Client agrees to treat the DJ and their equipment with respect and not to engage in any behaviour that may cause damage or disruption.

  The DJ reserves the right to terminate the performance if the Client or their guests engage in inappropriate or abusive behaviour.

Liability:

   The DJ is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Client or their guests, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

   The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or permits required for the event.

 Force Majeure:

   Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, or government regulations.

 Entire Agreement:

   These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the booking of DJ services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By booking the DJ's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
